Over the course of 20-plus years in the industry, I found myself gravitating toward design that inspires wellness.
Along the way, I realized that my natural affinity for successfully implementing this concept stemmed from the fact that I had actually been studying wellness design my entire life.
I grew up with a mother who wasn't always healthy.
Many days I'd come home from school and find her sitting in the living room - the one room in the house that had been arranged to receive the most amount of natural light.
