7,400 sqf, new construction Cape Cod in flag lot house is located in Encino, California.
We were able to achieve a modern look in this Cape Cod house by using 50 pendant lights by the entrance, V-shaped shelves in the wine cellar, and a blue-colored island with a modern shaped breakfast table.
Used a rustic touch in the selection of tile and design, while still keeping paneling, the fireplace and cabinet design more traditional.

Located in Westwood, California, Morgan & Company's space had more light introduced by selecting natural white oak display cases.
We maintained the original architectural detail of the brick ceiling and fireplace, but with the lighting and display case changes, the original details were brought to new life.
Center displays and wall displays followed the octagonal shape of the room.
This brought a central focal point around where client's would meet with staff.
