Since studying interior design in college, she's worked on both sides of the business, including starting her own interior design firm in 1985, and being a partner in a custom residential building firm and a multi-family townhouse/condo developer/builder firm.

The details include finish selections, millwork, lighting selections, flooring, paint, and plumbing selection and location.
Then the scope of work and package pricing will be created.
The second phase will include bids and selection of contractors.
The third phase will result in the ordering of the products.
Step 4: Procure: Once the rough sketches are approved, the detailed floor plans are created.
