The residential and commercial interior design process begins with a initial consultation where we view the spaces, discuss your projects goals, needs, budget, timeline, processes, any required permits, and overall feel of the space.
This meeting is not intended to be a brainstorming session unless you previously discussed having this meeting as a fee structured design consultation.
This phase will determine needs, desires, and budget for the project and I verify site conditions with measurements, plans, and photographs.

In this project were selected all finishes along with client and builder for the success of the first fully upgraded model unit.
In this project we participated on the lighting selections, some of the tile and we did all the soft staging for open house and video production.

Typically, our introductory communication is a brief phone conversation to determine if collaboration is in the best interest of both parties.
After filling out a new client questionnaire, we'll schedule an initial in-home consultation to gauge the scope of the project, as well as finalize the details of the design agreement.
Client's will be left with homework, usually gathering of images that reflect the design style you want to achieve, in order to insure we are on the same page.
