We were looking for a Home we could customize to suit our needs, as nothing on the market had exactly what we wanted.
We met Mindi and Phin during this process and they went above and beyond even before we had contracted with them.
They came to view several homes with us to help us decide on the property that could be everything we needed.
I've never heard of any architectural firm being willing to do this, in fact no one was.

Hybrid Commercial/Residential "Live-Work" Space: MPGhomedesign just completed an extensive exterior and interior renovation of a 3,000 sq ft commercial structure that we rezoned for both office and residential living in Newburyport, MA.
The building was originally located several blocks away before being moved to its current location in 1955.
It has played a unique role in the community having been a school house, a police station, a plumbing parts store and a marketing agency.
Now that the building is complete, landscape work has begun.

Bold, Modern, International Kitchen Remodel: Our Clients wanted to completely modernize their dated honey oak kitchen and open up the space to the adjacent dining room.
The goal was to create a minimalist, clean, family-friendly living space that would become the hub of the home.
MPG reconfigured the floor plan and designed a new kitchen including: White oak, oil-finished floors, new island configuration, interior finishes with white perimeter cabinets, a farm sink and white backsplash tiles all centered on a new window with views to the backyard.

New Construction: Interior Architectural Design and Project Management (Project is close to complete and ready for the next phase of furniture install and styling) MPG Home Design was brought on board this project by our Clients who were working with Scott Brown Architects of Newburyport, MA on the design of their new four story home in beautiful coastal Newburyport.
We worked closely with the Clients to achievie exactly what they envisioned for their new home.
