Keeping the Modern/Industrial design in mind, we furnished the entire first floor of the home with custom furnishings and lighting that incorporated both styles.
We created a fresh color scheme for the entire home with new textiles, paint, and finishes with textures.

For this living room fireplace we wanted a modern look, with an industrial twist without making the space feel too cold.

What was the living room like before we got our hands on it?
It was a large room with limited lighting, dark walls, dark carpet, and dark trim, making the space feel gloomy and dismal.
At first glance, what seemed like a fireplace was actually a large structure with a firebox-less niche that only mimicked a fireplace.
The living room also lacked any place to put things, making it almost impossible to store items without overcrowding the area with pieces of furniture.
Unable to plan for removal of the "fireplace" due to structural reasons, we proposed designing for extending and building out the structure, creating an actual, functional fireplace with a TV set inserted above it.
