GATH Interior Design is a residential and hospitality interior design studio based in Seattle founded in 2013 by Andrew Gath. We are a trusted team of multidisciplinary designers and custom furniture designers with 20 years of experience working on commissions in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Austin.
GATH Interior Design is built upon the belief that designers, architects, consultants, tradesmen, and engineers must fully engage with clients in a truly collaborative process that begins with clearly defined project goals, and leads to the development of the most viable and appropriate solution.Together we approach each design project with full attention to the client's needs and desires while integrating their design in harmony with the architecture.
Although no two projects look-a-like, the common thread of respect to architecture, light, scale, detail and the selection of classic materials, not-trend driven, result in successful bespoke projects with high design. We bring a fresh and honest approach to create modern, inviting, bespoke interiors mixing new with vintage, high art with family heirlooms and personal pieces to create spaces that will continue to grow with you into the future.

We are not the type of people to use a designer and never envisioned doing so.
But Andrew was very highly recommended by our real estate agent who had done very well for us.
Also we relocated to Seattle without a car and had sold our prior condo furnished so we basically needed everything, and it seemed working with a designer might simplify matters.
We couldn't be more pleased.
Our empty condo now fully furnished turned out exactly the way wanted.
Andrew understood exactly what we wanted and worked to design according to our tastes and specifications never trying to push any personal agenda, although his suggestions were both helpful and welcome.
