I had a wonderful experience with Blinds by Nicolette. They truly are a one stop shop when it comes to window treatments. We had an in home consultation with Margaret who ultimately helped us create a custom design for our home. Diego, the installer, was timely in both our measurements appointment and the installation appointment. He left our home spotless. Great service from everyone who we met! I will definitely be using them for cleaning services in the future and would recommend Al and his team!

I am extremely happy with the blinds I purchased from this company. The product is high quality and looks great in my home. The customer service was also top-notch. They were able to answer all of my questions and made the ordering process a breeze. I called Blinds & Designs by Nicolette to receive a quote and a day later the owner Al came by. Al listened to my wife and I regarding the "look" we were going for. He took those suggestions and then made a few recommendations from his vast knowledge and experience. He helped us to make a decision by showing us examples. With so many types of blinds available, we were overwhelmed but Al was patient and narrowed down the examples based off of our desires. Al was NOT a pushy salesman.
At no time did he try to "up-sell" any of his product. His desire is for the customer to be happy and for the window treatments to be the perfect fit for the homeowner. After we decided on color and type of window treatment, Al measured all of our windows and we talked about price. Blinds by Nicolette pricing is competitive but lower than the other 2 companies that gave us a quote.
When it came time for the installation, the installer was VERY courteous. He took his shoes off, and treated my home as if it was his own home. After he finished with the install, we tested each blind to make sure it worked as advertised. I am VERY pleased with my blinds, I am very happy with the company as a whole. I would HIGHLY recommend using Blinds & Designs by Nicolette Inc.

Wow! I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of their service they were quick to respond to all the concerns that I had. When my blinds were delivered a team member was here installing everything she was very efficient and fast I really appreciated their professionalism and their knowledge about the products that they sell definitely would highly recommend them thanks Al and team! team

We have three Bali roman shades that are 16 years old and desperately needed to be restrung. We had difficulity finding a shop that could repair them, and Bali recomemded calling Blinds by Nicolette. We couldn't be more pleased by the outcome. They fixed them at a reasonable price and quickly. I highly recommend them
