A top producer with Liberty Mutual Insurance for 29 years in sales and marketing, he also owned a moving business for 13 years in New Jersey which enjoyed great success. Ralph is dedicated and driven and always makes it across the finish line! Joe joined Custom Discount Blinds in 2015.
Prior to that, he owned his own company in New Jersey and worked in several other window treatment companies. With 23 years of industry experience, Joe can switch 'hats' in a moment's notice. In 2018, he purchased Custom Discount Blinds as a family venture.
