After working with local architects to create your new house plans, WCH provides the interior design and construction services. If you already have house plans, we work hand-in-hand to review drawings, develop pricing, and provide design input and value engineering. We work backwards from your budget, deducting your non-negotiable costs and employing the remaining balance to prioritize needs versus wants.
