The historic Cattermole Library in Fort Madison, Iowa, is undergoing renovations to create offices on the first floor for the Main Street Group, as well as add apartments on the second floor.
Individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places and listed as a contributing building to Fort Madison's National Historic District, this iconic community landmark was built in 1893/1894 and is the only example of the Romanesque Revival architectural style in downtown Fort Madison and the only documented example thus far in the entire city of Fort Madison.

The Lee County Bank building was originally comprised of banking space on first floor with offices on the second level and meeting rooms on the top floor.
After the renovation, the building will feature 14 units on the two upper levels with a restaurant on the main floor.
The Sears Building was originally home to the Lempke Brewery.
