In 1942, the late Lester A. Sanders founded what has become a progressive business.
Lester Sanders first sold and installed Venetian Blinds.
After he developed this market, he began installing curtain rods and drapery hardware.
As early as 1947, he was also a supplier of the basic window shade business.
He was the first in the area to carry the 'springless shade', which has been replaced with a more sophisticated clutch roller system.
