The blinds came in on time, the installers were extremely professional, communicated, showed up when they said they would and made sure we knew how to open/close and maintain the blinds before they left. We have had no issues at all. It was so easy that when we had to recently move houses and needed to go through the process again we did not hesitate to call them again.
