We had a problem most recently with a triple doorwall rod my Luminettes were on. Penny took care of everything and stuck with it until Hunter Douglas sent us a new rod. Their installer Michael came and installed the rod in a timely manner and we were all set. I can see that even with a new owner, Penny will still be there giving the same customer service I have looked forward to for many years.
