I joined K&A in 1984-literally the day after graduating college.

The Harvard Printing Company project represents the design and construction of a new 4-story family mid-rise, providing 128 new residential units (70 of which are affordable), as well as the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of an existing historic, 4-story art deco factory building into a parking facility offering 157 spaces, a portion of which will be offered for use by the public.

As we moved through the various phases of the project-schematic, design and construction-we enjoyed the strengths of K&A in relation to our mission.
During the schematic phase, the design team listened to us, catching the vision if you would, of this incredible project and creatively put on paper the hopes and dreams of Joan Kroc and the local Salvation Army leadership team.
