We had a tricky installation with one large shade for a 12.5'W x 10'H window, but he was able to get it installed perfectly. Because the drapery installation was part of a larger renovation project that experienced delays, he had to be flexible with the timing of his work. He did it all efficiently and with a smile. He even did a few little extra tasks -- as long as he was standing on a stepladder with drill in hand -- such as anchoring some tall furniture pieces to the wall for earthquake protection.
