The Shade Shoppe has been serving the Los Angeles and Ventura County since 1990 and was established by Neal Bernardino. Neal is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, maintaining an excellent standing. Neal grew up in a family that owned and operated an interior design business. He installed his first vertical blind when he was only 9 years old.
Neal graduated high school and got his business license the following year, while still attending junior college. From his teens and into the early 2000's, as the trends changed, Neal took on learning everything there was to learn about blinds, shades, shutters, valences, curtains and drapes, becoming an expert in his field. Now with home automation systems interfacing and controlling window coverings, The Shade Shoppe also carries the latest in motorization technology: Lutron QS Sivoia, QMotion, and Somfy Glydea.
The Shade Shoppe employs only professional installers who will provide precise measurements for our custom installation team.
