Frankie is awesome. She is very helpful. We got our whole house outfitted with Hunter Douglass blinds but not all in one shot as it was out of our budget. We worked with the former owner of the business prior to it being sold. Both the old owner and the new one were great. Frankie got us finally finished off for our complete set with the addition of our sliding glass door blind. She explained all of the options and provided pricing in a timely manner. The follow through was good too. We just recently did business with her again when one of our "pull down the bar" type blinds failed. It was ok because that blind was one mistake we originally made. That area is better served to have the cord operated version. So instead of either getting the original one repaired or replaced we decided to upgrade to the cord operated version. It looks great and works way better for that location. In the end, I would highly recommend calling Frankie for all of your window covering needs. Again she is awesome. Plus keep your money local!

These guys were so helpful, prompt, courteous, and professional. They were very easy to do business with. I went in their store, told them exactly what I wanted and what my budget was, and the next day one of their employees came to my house to measure and give me advice about the color of blinds I needed. Six weeks later I have beautiful window coverings perfectly installed. I would highly recommend them.

We just had blinds installed in our bedrooms and bathrooms in our Truckee home by D-Lux. They look gorgeous and we are so happy!! Cameron was so professional and kind. We were ready to have him install blinds throughout the home. Cameron cautioned to wait and get to know the home and not to install blinds in the rest of the house immediately. It is a new home and his recommendation was to wait until we knew the sun patterns in the home before we jumped to install in the rest of the home. He also knows the very strict HOA rules in our community and works regularly with the management. He was able to quickly advise us on what type of blinds would be permitted. We saved loads of time as a result of his knowledge.
Follow up from Frankie in his office was also great. We will definitely use D-Lux when we are ready to do the remainder of the house!!

DLux window coverings installed curtains in our living room a few weeks ago. The owner Cameron was very nice and professional, with helpful information on what I should choose based on my needs.
I wasn't home when they installed the curtains but they did a great job, and left the place clean.
They even sent a thank you card in the mail for our business.
We will definitely be using them for future window coverning needs in our new home.
