My approach to staging is much like Interior Design in that it must be memorable. The home has to speak to potential buyers, allowing an emotional connection.

Physically, a staged property needs to photograph well, display a functional use of rooms and provide appropriate circulation space for showings. Staging is about finding the perfect balance between aesthetic and function with a target buyer in mind.
