We ship most of our merchandise that is not oversized by UPS or FedEx.
Smaller item may be ship by US postal service.
Drapery Rods that are longer than 8 feet will ship by freight truck.
We use various carriers and try our very best to get the lowest price.
Can I Return An Item If I Do Not Like It?
Yes, we will accept all non-custom items back.
You will be given a store credit.
There is a 35% re-stock fee.
The item has to be returned within 30 days from when you received it and it has to be un-opened.
