This 18-year-old home needed a complete renovation and our clients asked us to project manage the entire process.
Every surface and visual detail required updating to get the look they wanted.
Walls were removed, bathrooms reconfigured, and all mechanical items were updated, including adding a water purification system.
We had technicians come in to install a comprehensive media package.

We updated most finishes including painting almost the entire house, updated lighting fixtures, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware and hand applied a european plaster treatment on the very red brick fireplace that made a huge difference to the whole room.

Our client purchased this Mediterranean home which has some great spaces and an interesting layout, but the colors and finishes needed a redo because of the over use of yellowish - cream beiges from the 90's.
